Well race day was off to a great start. Gav did 3 practice runs, that went really smoothly. Then the first Moto came and he won that. When you win the moto you get to sit out until the final race...
They are out of the gate...Gav's off to a good start...then...
He goes down! Let me tell you...it is not fun when your little guy goes down. Gav really is a tough guy, but he took a big fall.
Gav got back on his bike and finished the race...I am so proud of him for getting back on and finishing.
Here we are fixing Gav up after the race. All he needed was a little band aid and he was just fine. He didn't get a trophy this week, but he did get a medal...
Maybe next week will be better for him.
