Gettin' Crafty...

While Mom was out we decided that we would be a little crafty. We had plenty of time to do stuff without the kids around. Here are a few of the things we made...




The Cornucopia with the pumpkin candles. Mom brought out a how to from a magazine for the pumpkin candle holders. We got lucky and found the glass tops at the Goodwill. They didn't cost much, but they sure turned out cute.

We went out searching for something fun and Christmasie to make. We went to two different craft/fabric stores and they didn't have much in the Christmas department. Then we went to Michael's. We found all these great wood items to paint. We painted a Christmas tree, and some ornaments. They all turned out really good.

I am so excited for the holidays that I am leaving out everything we just made and all of my other fall decorations that I already had up. I have a Happy Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas house right now...I'm ok with that, I'm kind of weird that way...
